Ana Seifridsberger, LMT

Ana graduated from Seacoast Career School in 2008, began massage right away, and has been with MassageCraft & Acupuncture Clinic since 2010.

Ana brings a special finesse to deep tissue massages because of her keen knowledge of the human body through massage and yoga training, as well as 16 years of yoga teaching. Ana is skilled with stretching and movement recommendations that both improve body awareness and allow you to maintain the corrections gained through treatment.

Ana’s specialties include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, hot stones, relaxation massage, postural analysis, as well as Gua Sha and cupping skin friction therapies.
