Meet Robyn

Robyn Chretien, a true renaissance woman, began as project and accounts manager at MassageCraft in April 2025. She brings decades of experience in marketing, operations, customer service, accounting, and management across a variety of companies. Her resume includes long tenures at Barber Foods and Oakhurst Dairy, as well as Cuddledown and Stonewall kitchen to name a few. Robyn’s favorite saying is, “Let’s break it.” She has untangled many of our software management and Veteran’s Administration glitches. The result is streamlined and reliable processes and better customer service. Robyn is committed to making sure that our customers get the services they need and deserve, while fostering a positive and caring work environment for customers and staff alike. We are grateful for Robyn’s leadership and honored to have her on the team.
